It is only through a consensus of true conviction amongst the artists and the engineers and clients alike, that an entire team can be led to deliver a project of great significance or value. Such is the philosophy of the likes of Christo and Jeanne-Claude whose efforts to see through projects that take as long as 25 years to fruition makes them totally designers with a vision and a commitment or conviction to express and share a particular experience or purpose. the fact that some of their project never materialised after years of efforts and tribulations prove that art is not merely a work of an individual, it is a sum of all the people that are involved right from the start to finish.
